LITTLE SNEAK PEEK OF MY BEDROOM - OFFICE SPACE

Hello my dear readers. How are you? :)

Desk seems to be the most important element in my bedroom as befits for student and blogger. It is not the biggest desk I have ever imaged to have, but it suites my needs. There might be moments like those when I am sitting in front of my laptop with cup of coffee covered with marketing books and plenty of note sheets hardly trying to fit myself in that little as it appear to be space of that desk. As for a woman befit I try to make it as much functional as possible, but I also want it to look presentable that’s why it is never completely empty. There are few Vogue magazines putted one on top of the other, four books which I have a look into quite often, so I have to have them close to my hand, fake flower bouquet (maybe it is not one of those must have elements on my list, but the aesthetic is also very important :)) and few other details, which I always have next to me. According to the number of hours I spent sitting by that desk it is rarely happening that it is that tidy.

Changing the subject I think I have got into some melancholy mood or maybe it just comes with age that I am becoming more sentimental. I have caught myself thinking about returning to Poland quite often lately. I can’t say, I love London as the place, as it is glamour and the possibilities it offers. Therefore my heart has always been and always will be in Poland. I remember as it was today when my parents have told me that we are going to move to England. I was only sixteen and instead of enjoying the next chapter in my life, high school, prom, I was packing up my whole possession and moving to completely different place with different language and different culture. Beginning was very tough for me, but as my mum says “no great loss, but some small profit” and she is right. Along with this experience I have learnt independence and I gained more confidence. This is why if anybody would ask me if I regret, without any hesitation I would have say – no, I don’t. Never regret anything that made you feel happy even for a moment.

  1. You have gorgeous style (both in a photographic sense and a design sense). My favorite photo has to be the first one you took, with the cup of coffee over the book, plus the Eiffel tower image in the background. It is a very nice layout for an office desk. Thank you for sharing.
