BEACH ESSENTIALS

Even though the calendar summer is nearly over, many of you might still have holidays coming up. In many countries, summer only begins in our winter time. As I am still enjoying my holiday time and not to say, but I have still few more days to go – I have decided to share with you couple of my beach essentials.

Going to the beach or a swimming pool located on our hotel, one of the most important element is to protect ourselves from the sun. Straw hat, cream with the UV filter are the main products that I always have with me. Nevertheless, paying so much attention to the esthetical side, there is still some room for little details to be taken :)

Chociaż kalendarzowe lato dobiega końca, wiele z was wciąż ma przed sobą wakacje. Wiele ciepłych krajów dopiero zimą przeżywa swój najlepszy sezon wakacyjny. Ja nadal przeżywam swoje wakacje a ponieważ zostało mi jeszcze kilka słonecznych i bardzo letnich dni, postanowiłam podzielić się z wami moimi plażowymi niezbędnikami.

Wybierając się na plażę, bądź hotelowy basen, jednym z ważniejszych elementów jest aby odpowiednio chronić się przed słońcem. Kapelusz oraz kremy z filtrem to najważniejsze przedmioty, które zawsze mam przy sobie, niemniej jednak dbając również o estetykę, znajdzie się jeszcze kilka drobiazgów :)

For a good protection of my skin, I use the cream with UV filter of 50 + from Garnier. Whether we want it or not, the sun rarely hides behind the clouds here in Greece, and the temperature in September is over 30 degrees. I presume that without the protection cream, my skin would burn in the first day already.

Dla odpowiedniej ochrony mojej skóry stosuję krem z filtrem 50 + od Garnier. Chcąc czy nie chcąc słońce w Grecji rzadko chowa się za chmurą a temperatury nawet we wrześniu przekraczają 30 stopni. Bez kremu z filtrem przypuszczalnie już po jednym dniu zdążyłabym się spalić :)

Shimmering base from Chanel – Le Blanc de Chanel, is the product that I have been using for some time now and I do not really tend to not use it. It is probably one of my favourite products, which as you can see I even use while I am on the beach :). Small amount of it on my cheekbones, chin and top corner of my lips will change our look and add a bit of a freshness.

Rozświetlacz od Chanel – Le Blanc de Chanel, to produkt, który stosuję już od dłuższego czasu i rzadko zdarza mi się z nim rozstawać. Jest to chyba mój ulubiony produkt, który jak widzicie stosuję nawet na plaży :). Drobne rozświetlenie kości policzkowych, brody oraz górnego kąciku ust diametralnie zmieni nasz wygląd i doda mu świeżości.

Hand cream – along the hot weather the process of getting our skin dry is two times quicker than normally. I try to moisturise my skin as often as possible remembering about my hands to. In this case I always have a hand cream with me. Currently I am using the one from Neal’s Yard Remedies. It is a fully organic product with a unbelievable smell :).

Krem do rąk – podczas upałów wysuszenie skóry jest procesem dwa razy szybszym. Staram się nawilżać moją skórę jak tylko to możliwe pamiętając również o dłoniach. W tym celu zawsze mam przy sobie opakowanie kremu do rąk.  Obecnie stosuję ten od Neal’s Yard Remedies. Jest to produkt w pełni organiczny, który w dodatku nieziemsko pachnie :)

Swimming costume visible on the picture comes from H&M. I mainly pick up the bikini set of two with a separate to and the bottom. This allows me to get my skin properly tanned. Nevertheless, I have decided to add a one-piece costume to my collection (you had a chance to see it in this post – here).

Strój kąpielowy widoczny na zdjęciu pochodzi z H&M. Z reguły wybieram stroje dwu częściowe, ponieważ dzięki nim dokładniej się opalam. Nie zmienia to jednak faktu, że w tym roku do mojej kolekcji dołączył również strój jednoczęściowy (mieliście okazję zobaczyć jego drobne ujęcie w poprzednim poście – tutaj).

Sunglasses are as equally important to me as the sun cream. They do not only protect my eyes from the sun beams, but they also protect the skin around them that is easy with getting wrinkles. The sunglasses that I have are RayBan – Wayfarer in the brown shade.

Okulary przeciwsłoneczne są dla mnie tak samo ważne jak krem z filtrem. Nie tylko chronią moje oczy przez promieniami słonecznymi, ale również chronią skórę okolic oczu, która od nadmiernego mrużenia oka jest narażona na szybszy powstawanie zmarszczek. Okulary, które posiadam to RayBan – Wayfarer w kolorze brązowym.

Many of the beaches gives u san option of hiring a sunbed and umbrella that often becomes very helpful (especially when there is not even a centimetre of shade). Nevertheless, I always carry a straw hat with me. The bigger the hat the better as then it not only protects my head, but also covers my shoulder. Wiele plaż daje nam możliwość wypożyczenia leżaka oraz parasola, który często bywa zbawienny (szczególnie kiedy plaża nie ma ani centymetra cienia). Niemniej jednak mimo tego zawsze zabieram ze sobą kapelusz. Im większe rondo tym lepiej gdyż dzięki temu ochronimy również nasze ramiona, ale mały kapelusik również się spisze.
