WEDDING THEMES – CZYLI MOTYW PRZEWODNI ŚLUBU I WESELA

Wedding subject seems to be more accurate right now than ever before. The previous entries appeared a little too early, so they were paused. Due to the fact that it is already May and hence, soon the wedding season will start, I thought it was a good time for this series to return to the blog. With the passing of these last months, I began to approach my wedding with great strides. Before I can share my experiences with you as a happy wife, I invite you to a joint journey, during which we will get through all the important and less important issues regarding organizational matters. Do not worry, there will also be a lot of fashion, because in the end choosing a wedding dress, a bridesmaid dresses and guests dresses are equally important!

Tematyka ślubna wydaje się być teraz bardziej na czasie niż kiedykolwiek wcześniej. Poprzednie wpisy pojawiły się odrobinę za wcześnie, dlatego zostały wstrzymane. Z racji tego, że mamy już prawie maj a co za tym idzie, wkrótce rozpocznie się sezon ślubny, pomyślałam, że to dobry moment, aby ta seria powróciła na bloga. Wraz z upływem tych ostatnich miesięcy, sama wielkimi krokami zaczęłam zbliżać się do swojego ślubu. Zanim jednak będę mogła podzielić się z Wami swoimi doświadczeniami jako szczęśliwa żona, zapraszam Was do wspólnej podróży, podczas której przebrniemy przez wszystkie ważne i mniej ważne kwestie dotyczące spraw organizacyjnych. Nie martwcie się, będzie też dużo mody, bo w końcu wybór sukni ślubnej, sukni świadkowej, czy sukienki dla druhen oraz gości są równie ważne!

W dzisiejszym wpisie skupimy się jednak na motywie przewodnim całego wesela, czyli od domu, poprzez samochód, kościół/urząd stanu cywilnego na sali skończywszy. Serdecznie zapraszam do dalszego czytania!

Theme

The theme is nothing more than the style in which you imagine your wedding. Probably by browsing wedding sites, Pinterest, or profiles on Instagram, you have encountered many expressions, which sometimes may seem not very understandable. Of course, we are talking about motifs inspired by the boho chic, glamor or rustic style. I know a few people who have asked me what is behind them. Each of these three styles has its own aesthetics. However, before we briefly analyze each of them, it is important that regardless of which style / theme you choose, stick to it when choosing decorations from beginning to end. The decor of the car, the wedding bouquet of the Bride and the bridesmaids, the decor of the church or the registry - all these elements and places should present the same story, flowers and colour range.

Motyw Przewodni

           

Motyw przewodni to nic innego jak styl, w jakim wyobrażacie sobie swój ślub i wesele. Zapewne przeglądając serwisy ślubne, Pinterest, czy profile na Instagram-ie, napotkałyście wiele określeń, które czasami mogą wydać się niezbyt zrozumiałe. Mowa tutaj oczywiście o motywach inspirowanych stylem boho chic, glamour czy rustykalnym. Ja sama znam kilka osób, które pytały mnie co się za nimi kryje. Każdy z tych trzech stylów rządzi się swoją własną estetyką. Zanim jednak w skrócie przeanalizujemy każdy z nich, ważne jest aby bez względu na to, który styl/motyw przewodni wybierzemy, trzymać się go przy wyborze dekoracji od początku do końca. Wystrój samochodu, bukiet ślubny Panny Młodej oraz druhen, wystrój kościoła czy sali – te wszystkie elementy oraz miejsca powinny przedstawiać tą samą historię, kwiaty oraz gamę kolorystyczną.

Boho Chic style

The style of boho is simply described as an eclectic combining seemingly incompatible elements such as: hippie colours, Surfer's slackness and bohemian originality. The name boho derives from the word bohema (from French: bohemia) - an artistic environment of bohemia, whose members demonstrated the contempt for conventions and social norms. Boho chic is the ability to connect all these contradictory elements together, creating an airy and romantic whole without any bound movements.

Wedding in the style of boho chic is characterized by loose and uninhibited attire - including long and airy dresses, a lot of flowers, a reference to earth colours and motifs, additions of old elements, golden cutlery, dishes removed from the times of Marie Antoinette, airy hairstyle, or a delicate makeup. The best example of a boho chic style wedding will be Kate Moss herself, whose dress was airy, subtle make-up and her hair slightly wavy fell on her shoulders. The whole thing looked certainly original and idyllic.

Styl Boho Chic

           

Styl boho najprościej opisać jako eklektyzm łączący na pozór nie pasujące do siebie elementy takie jak: hippisowskie barwy, surferowski luz i oryginalność bohemy. Nazwa boho wywodzi się od słowa bohema (z francuskiego: cyganeria) – środowiska artystycznej cyganerii, której członkowie demonstrowali pogardę dla konwenansów oraz norm społecznych. Boho chic to natomiast umiejętność łączenia ze sobą wszystkich tych sprzecznych elementów tworząc zwiewną i romantyczną całość bez skrępowanych ruchów.

Ślub w stylu boho chic charakteryzuje się luźnym i nieskrępowanym strojem – w tym długie i zwiewne suknie, dużo kwiatów, nawiązanie do barw i motywów ziemi, dodatki starych elementów, złote sztućce, zastawa wyjęta rodem z czasów Marii Antoniny, zwiewna fryzura, czy delikatny makijaż. Najlepszym przykładem śłubu w stylu boho chic, będzie sama Kate Moss, której sukni była zwiewna, makijaż subtelny a włosy delikatnie pofalowane opadały jej na ramiona. Całośc wyglądała z pewnością niebanalnie i sielsko.

Glamour style

A glamour wedding is associated with splendor and elegance that is full of charm. Characteristic for this style will be choosing everything at its best, that is, spectacular jewelry, richly decorated dress, ornaments in hair, spins, etc. The decoration of the hall itself is also preserved in characteristic ornaments, strong colors such as; black and white, silver accessories, pearls, feathers and luxurious fabrics. As an addition, you can try to get details in smoky violet, powder pink or blood red.

Styl Glamour

Ślub w stylu glamour kojarzy się z przepychem, blaskiem, elegancją, które jest pełne czaru i uroku. Charakterystyczne dla tego stylu będzie wybranie wszystkiego co naj, czyli efektownej biżuterii, bogato zdobionej sukni, ozdobach we włosach, spinkach itp. Wystrój samej sali również zachowany jest w charakterystycznych ozdobach, mocnych kolorach takich jak; czerń i biel, srebrne dodatki, perły, pióra i luksusowe tkaniny. W charakterze dodatku można pokusić się o detale w barwie przydymionego fioletu, pudrowego różu czy krwistej czerwieni.

Rustic style

The rustic style is the closest to my heart. In a few words, I would describe it as idyllic, natural, in a rural climate full of flowers, wood best organized in a barn! In short, characteristic for this style is its naturalness. The ideal outline of the wedding in this theme is a simple barn-style hall decorated with a veil at the ceiling intertwined with lights giving a starry sky effect, wooden tables, bouquets with different types of flowers and a lot of green accessories such as eucalyptus, wooden boxes, ladder somewhere in the corner decorated with flowers, jars with candles or wooden stands.

The outfit of the bride and groom is just as little forced. The dresses are airy and lace, loosely tucked hair, wreaths and delicate makeup. The groom, however, loosely dressed, without a jacket with braces and interesting bow ties, and colorful sneakers instead of painted shoes.

Styl Rustykalny

Styl rustykalny jest najbliższy mojemu sercu. W kilku słowach opisałabym go jako sielski, naturalny, w wiejskim klimacie pełen kwiatów, drewna najlepiej zorganizowany w stodole! W skrócie mówiąc, charakterystyczny dla tego stylu jest jego naturalność. Idealnym zarysem wesela w tym motywie jest prosta sala w stylu stodoły udekorowana woalem przy suficie przeplatanym lampkami dającymi efekt gwieździstego nieba, drewniane stoły, wiązanki z różnymi rodzajami kwiatów i ogromem zielonych dodatków takimi jak eukaliptus, drewniane skrzynki, drabina gdzieś w rogu udekorowana kwiatami, słoiczki ze świeczkami czy drewniane podstawki.

Strój Państwa Młodych są równie mało wymuszony. Sukienki są zwiewne i koronkowe, luźno upięte włosy, wianki i delikatny makijaż. Pan Młody natomiast luźno ubrany, bez marynarki w szelkach i ciekawych muszkach a na nogach zamiast lakierowanych butów kolorowe trampki.

The above-mentioned styles are very characteristic, but that does not mean that we can not have our own. It's only up to us what character our wedding will be. You can combine styles, create your own motives or bet on age-old classics or minimalism. Just remember, whatever you choose, be faithful to every level of your decorations.

Wyżej wymienione style są bardzo charakterystyczne, ale nie oznacza to, że nie możemy mieć swojego własnego. To tylko od nas zależy w jakim charakterze będzie nasz ślub. Możecie łączyć style, tworzyć swoje własne motywy albo postawić na odwieczną klasykę czy minimalizm. Pamiętajcie tylko, cokolwiek wybierzecie bądźcie temu wierni na każdej płaszczyźnie Waszych dekoracji.
